“I’ve got a BIG idea.”
At Blue Flamingo, this phrase means things are about to get interesting.
It might mean we’re about to wrap an entire water tower in a birthday banner.
Maybe we’ll laser a client’s logo on bagels for a big employee meeting and dye cream cheese to match their brand.
Or perhaps we’ll invite Robin Hood for a cold one.
Like Taco Bell once famously encouraged, we’re big believers in “thinking outside the bun.” (As it happens, we also really like Taco Bell. #crunchwrapforlife)
If you want your company to stand out and get noticed, challenge yourself to think past the everyday get-noticed tactics. If you had an unlimited budget and time, what would you do? Skywriters? Sponsor a STEM classroom? Make your own animated commercial?
In a world where egg prices are memes and we’re all replanting our lettuce heads, ideas are free.
Start with the big ideas, and see how you can bring some variation of them to life in 2023. Maybe you can’t hire a skywriter, but you could make a pretty awesome YouTube video with similar effects.
This year, be curious. Be bold. Be brave.
